These Terms govern your access to and use of BHAVISHYAT, a proprietary invite-only TradingView indicator provided by NexGen Trading Academy.
Your subscription provides a limited, revocable, non-transferable, time-limited licence to access BHAVISHYAT through your approved TradingView username. The licence does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
You must not engage in account sharing, reselling, redistribution, sublicensing, reverse engineering, attempting to extract source code, or sharing access with another TradingView account. Any such activity may result in immediate suspension without refund.
BHAVISHYAT is provided for educational, research and analytical purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a guarantee of performance, or an assurance of returns.
Access is granted manually to your provided TradingView username after successful payment verification. Access duration is calculated from the activation date.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or financial decisions made by users. Users remain solely responsible for their financial decisions.
